REFUNDS AND RETURNS
GT Art Pottery prides itself in providing a trustworthy and accurate description with clear photographs of all products in our portfolio. Descriptions will state whether there has been any prior damage or restoration. We will also state this in the “Additional Information” tab next to the product description. It is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy themselves that they are happy with the condition status and be sure they are satisfied to buy the item before committing to purchase it. Art pottery is fragile to ship, so accepting returns because of a change of mind will not be accepted as it further risks the pottery being damaged in transit.
Should the item be received and it does not match the condition report, a refund will be provided on the safe and secure packaged return of the pottery to GT Art Pottery. Your trust and satisfaction is paramount, so the likelihood of this occurring is very low, but if it does happen, rest assured we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please be aware that in many instances the items being purchased are over 100 years old and therefore may have very minor imperfections from use or manufacture. We cannot return items based on tiny minutiae, but would typically entertain returns if aspects such as a crack or prior restoration has been missed. Again, this is highly unlikely as all pieces are closely inspected prior to going on sale.
If you have any enquiries about any of our products, it is best to ask, so please use our contact form to do this and we will be pleased to answer you as soon as possible.
Thank you.
