GT Art Pottery was firstly born from a passion for collecting and learning about the amazing potteries emerging from the Doulton Lambeth, Moorcroft, Martin Brothers and Brannam studios. Being third generation antique dealers, we have a wealth of knowledge and passion about quality, originality of design, and the pleasure of decorating your home with wonderful artworks that not only please the eye, but carry a rich history and backstory. That is true for each of these four pottery houses, and it is the immersing of oneself into the narratives of success and failure surrounding them that brings such personal rewards to you, the collector. To know these backgrounds and to be able to own a piece of history, amazingly preserved over time, is a true joy. To build a cohesive collection is a patient and rewarding journey, and takes that joy to higher levels still.
